Satierra Oil — No Refund Policy

At Satierra Oil, we provide subscription-based access to our private oil, petroleum, fuel, and lubricant supplier-intelligence directory. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. All Sales Are Final

All membership payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review the membership description, subscription price, and included benefits before completing your purchase.

2. Monthly Subscription Payments

Satierra Oil membership costs $700 per month, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel your subscription. Payments already processed are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a payment already processed.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, your membership access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Digital Access and Supplier Information

Membership provides access to digital directory resources and supplier-intelligence information. Supplier availability, response times, business terms, and transaction outcomes may vary. Satierra Oil does not guarantee that every listed supplier will respond, complete a transaction, or meet a particular business requirement.

Dissatisfaction with supplier responses, business opportunities, or transaction outcomes does not qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

5. Billing Errors and Legal Exceptions

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or billed without authorization, contact us so we can review the issue.
